Here's a load!

An old sheet that I haven't posted yet, just random characters, two of which are inspired by Lindsay and Buster Bluth from Arrested Development.

When I asked my boyfriend what to draw he told me something about an owl sitting on a branch, something with a girl and something else. Apparently I misinterpreted it into this! I regret nothing!

One more owl

Later that same day I got Seaweed by Ben Balistreri and was super inspired to do a couple of character studies from it! To anybody who's interested, I highly recommend Seaweed and the Cure for Mildew.

And this is a composit of my character design notes for my group film, as well as the finished funpack designs.

Gob Bluth

I recently did a little caricature of Gob Bluth from Arrested Development,
Awesome show! Awesome parts, i like it :)

inspired by his crazed look... and magic abilities.

More film stuff

Man, this is an awesome character to draw. I love it!

It's very rough, since it's simply getting the look or design we're trying to communicate in our pitch package.
I'm going to adopt this character one day, all I need is a giant aquarium, that is all.

Viking girl for the group film :D

In designing the water creature, I developed an affinity for this quirky little guy.

Viking

Something I did for the group film (in progress) that I didn't expect to spend so much time on :D

Something I wanna share

Oh my god! I think everyone should see this, I can imagine how much fun Alex Butera must've had making this!

Also, he's the guy who made Baman and Piderman shorts. Check 'em out!

Paul is a Spy =O

So Paul liked my fox so much he forced me to do this one. At gunpoint.
Once again, credit to Team Fortress 2, a game of many inspirations.

more art

So my mom was begging me to finish something I started about three years ago. So I did.

Thennnnnnn....

...I was playing with my (new) tablet, and of course being as influenced by Team Fortress 2 as I am I can't not have influences of it in my art... Therefore!! ^
(if you're wondering what's so TF2 about it, it's the shadows - i just love the lighting in that game, or anything in it for that matter)

PAUL AND ALEX

Edit:
This is HIS version of it. A tribute to Party Cat :)
Just thank goodness I didn't post the one involving Hitler. Right Paul?

digital painting, and Victorian theme characters

Digital paintings for Mike's class.. followed by...

Some more character designs, along the Victorian Era. Left to right: Villain, Heroine, Love Interest, and Comic Relief. The villain is the heroine's uncle, the mouse is the heroine's best friend, and the comic relief is after the heroine's heart.
More villain

love interest

heroine

and comic relief.

Muzzle and Beak

Slowly trying to update my art... here's the muzzle/beak character designs I dug up from the year. First is the ditzy door to door traveling salesman, then a grumpy koala. I liked the process with which I conceived of his look, so I decided to post it up as well. Hope this is good for your eyes o_O
